Community Assess & Support Day

We wanted to let you know about an upcoming Community Assess & Support Day (CASD) taking place on:

Thursday 4 June 08:45 – 14:30
Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Guildford Road, Fetcham, KT22 9AS

This event is delivered by Surrey Downs Health & Care in partnership with local community organisations, aimed at supporting people to live longer, healthier lives.

The Social Prescribing team will be there, alongside a wide range of local partners, including:

Action for Carers
Good Company/Advice Café
Sight for Surrey
Scam Champions
Princess Alice Hospice
Healthwise
And others

*There will also be basic life support training for visitors.
